Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
Yes, we will offer same day delivery if the order is placed before 8pm.
Orders placed after 8pm will go for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Or orders made on public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
How is the orders delivered?
Dedicated staff is assigned to make the deliveries. We will deliver to your desired door step.
How soon will my goods be delivered?
Orders will be delivered same day, orders on Friday will be delivered next day.
How do I pay?
Upon delivery you should make payment cash payment immediately to the person delivering the parcel. It is encourage that you have the exact amount and change.
What should I do if there are missing items in my delivery?
When you receive the parcel please ensure the ordered items are in the package. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a parcel/item, then query this immediately to the person delivering the package.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order with us, we are unable to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you need to change your details, for example you have moved house, you can change your details online using ‘My Account’. Log in, select ‘Personal Details’ and edit details, you will be able to update your delivery address. The new information will be updated within 24 hours. Please note that any orders placed before changes are made will use your old details.
Please keep the tax invoice you receive when the parcel is collected as this is your receipt. For a valid reason you have to return an item please call our contact number and explain the reason for returning the item.
